A Russian Woman’s Body Image – Photos 51

07/18/2010
By

Our new friend Olga decided to send us some nice candid photos of her recently out on the town.

Clearly this is a Russian Girl who has a pretty healthy body image and she’s certainly proud to show off what a little dedicated fitness routine will do.

And this is one of the greatest things about being in the Former Soviet Union.   The women have a spiritual like understanding to the way they present themselves.. and towards the way they look.

While it’s certainly special to have Olga on-board with “Russian Women Truth” she will be the first to tell you that she is only one of a myriad of Russian Ladies who feels quite comfortable in her own skin and is more then happy to show it.

And this is something we can all return a smile to her for.

Wow, I was right the first time, she is a svelte stunner of a young lady. What’s most striking about her are her eyes, they look right into you.

Olga has got an amazing body. I’m espesially impressed by her bottom. Seems like a lot of hard work.
Can I have a professional advice how to achieve the same results?

She’s transfixing – beautiful hair, skin and eyes, great bone structure and nice hips. I showed Olga’s pictures to my mother and she said “Absolutely not!”

She’s gorgeous, and looks ridiculously fit! Note to self: wear heels more often.

Olga is a real cutie indeed. Always smiling and happy go lucky too. :)

Wow, indeed. All of Olga’s pictures are wonderfully enchanting. Her eyes are absolutely awesome. As for her figure, exciting as it is, what sort of work out schedule is she on? Is that poor girl dedicated to the gym 5 days a week or is she still blessed with some sort of genes that simply won’t allow her to add an ounce of body fat?
Thanks for the new images, rw_man.

I think you’d be surprised at how effortless Olga’s body is achieved. In Eastern Europe the food was mostly fresh, organic and based on a lot of grain etc Toward the East there is more Asian influence and of course West, North, South is all different too. It’s only recently that the “West” has influenced the types of food that is commercially available. In smaller cities and countries Russian food is kept simple and portion sizes approrpiate. Olga’s commitment to her exercise definately helps her achieve a beautiful shape but no doubt her diet would be simple and clean. She wouldn’t be chowing down greasy burgers daily ; ) Tea is a Russian fave plus natural foods such as buckwheat “kasha”, cabbage, beetroot, sour cream and they (we) love soup. Soup as a starter always!

While I was raised here in the U.S., I grew up eating a good bit of kasha and Borscht, both of which I enjoy to this day. I drink lots of tea as well. Many people’s ideas about cooking involve opening some package, heating then eating it, they couldn’t be bothered to make anything from scratch even if they had the time to do so. Borscht and kasha are definitely not difficult to make, and are far better for you than what I call a heart attack on a bun hamburger.

I am first generation Australian, my parents migrated here after many difficult years in Russia/ Ukraine. The simple, almost peasant-like dishes of Russia are so healthy you just can’t compare them to any junk or convenience meals. Raised on proper food promotes the developemnt of good health, natural beauty and intelligence. It’s only now I’ve been digging about my books for ancient healing techniques of Slavic influence. It’s not easy due to the difficult political history but certainly worth the effort. Mostly, I watch and listen to what different people from various parts of Russia have been passed down. I LOVE tea too : )

Ah yes, the land down under is like no other, I personally like Aussies because like Americans they too rebelled against the king, LOL. I would if I could emigrate there, because there are vast areas there where the night sky is pitch black, perfect for one of my passions, astronomy. I would like to learn more about my Ukrainian and Russian roots too. I’m so sorry your parents been through all those dark years, my own paternal grandparents and other relatives suffered mightily because of WW-II and the demonic plague called Bolshevism. I hope your parents enjoyed peace and happiness in their new land, and raising you. Like you, I’m a first generation Ukrainian and Russian American. I have never been to Ukraine or Russia, but I hope to one day visit them, I have always been curious about them.

Is there any special treatment where they can manage their own body stay looking good

As much as I hate the anti-feminist ideals preached on this website (because I don’t want to get married and the thought of a society where I’d be pressured into that makes me want to cry, because I think girls working a masculine look can be just as sexy as feminine and because I don’t think girls should be hated because of whatever low self esteem has them putting on a guarded front) I adore the girls in these photos. Especially this girl and Elena ‘the snow maiden’. oh and the red head, omg.

Anti-feminism has nothing to do with forcing women into marriage or hating women with a low self-esteem. The ultra-feminine look isn’t for everyone, no, but I have to say the ladies on this site work it wonderfully :)

Hey, I figured out what these girls are doing to stay so fit. Follow the above link, please. Notice how sweet and polite our exercise leader is. No gruff, “I am tough”, macho talk from her. She just gets the job done!!!
