A buddy of mine told me about a discovery he made about an “Exclusive” dating and introduction service in New York City that charged it’s male clients $100,000 dollars just to sign up!
Well apparently the types of women that this service specialized in introducing to these obviously well-off Men were supposed to be special since they are considered to be “upscale” New York Socialites.
Ahh.. Oo Kaaay…
Well knowing what I do about the general differences between “socially elite” American women and their Russian counterparts the first idea that pops into my head is that these guys may ACTUALLY be paying to have pain inflicted on them. You know kinda like how some strange guy would pay to visit a black leather-ed S&M Dominatrix to get bound up and have his butt whipped.
What other explanation could it be?
Now seriously.. In all fairness I totally admit that I haven’t investigated this service to find out what they are all about… But it’s not like I really need to do that now do I?
However curiosity does sometimes kill the cat and I’m just wondering if the guys who join this gig truly believe that they are going to find their soul-mate with this system? So as I ponder this the following little thoughts just creep into my mind..
- What are the odds of it being successful?
- If it worked then what kind of girl would he actually end up with?
- Would he be happy with what he got?
- Wouldn’t that $100,000 be better spent doing something like coming to Russia instead?
I guess I’d just like to find out more about these guys and to figure out what is truly going on in their heads..

This is what it takes to find a decent woman in america. $100k apparently is the market price for an introduction to a good woman. Of course I think we pretty much know what that will actually get – nothing but a yacht load of headaches.
Far better to take an inexpensive and fun trip to Russia and meet some interesting women and explore a new culture.

It is a beacon of hope. And it is a beacon of light. And I am eternally grateful that I am able to read your site. I have learned a lot from this blog and, no matter what opposition you face, hope that you will continue with it. You have all of our support.
You see, while I usually try not to generalize, there ARE good women in the U.S.
I know because I had the pleasure of being around them and knowing them.
They weren’t man-haters, didn’t find it funny that men were being abused in popular culture and were hard working, decent, open-minded, cooperative but opinionated (in a good way), intellectual and attractive-both inside and out.
However, they are a SMALL minority here.
Most are absorbed by our culture and I don’t need to go into what a lot of these media outlets show to these young people. This, coupled with the fact that most young women here are not “encouraged” to succeed the way men do and take responsibility for their actions, they become complacent, spoiled and narcissistic. However, I believe they show a bigger social problem that is not being addressed. Or a social problem that people choose to ignore, even though it is glaring them right in the face.
Personally, I can’t see myself moving to another country. I definitely want to travel and I definitely want to see FSU countries and see how the women there are like. But with the job I want to pursue, living there for a long period of time just won’t be a tenable option. And for a lot of young men, i’m not sure how much of an option that will be.
Running can only do so much. It doesn’t solve the problem for us. What will happen to our children and our children’s children if the situation does not improve? As men, we really can’t escape with our feet anymore. Sooner or later, we are going to have to fight back.

I agree with you, as I have had a FEW excellent American female friends. Of course I can’t leave out my mom and the other women in my family, whom I have had the great fortune of having in my life.
Sadly enough, my mother, an excellent judge of character and personality, has yet to approve of any of the women that I have dated until my current RUSSIAN girlfriend… not that they were all horrible, but not the quality that she felt I deserved…
To conclude – we do need to fight back. GL has gotten off to a great start, and we should follow his example. This is a great forum for the sharing of ideas… so let’s agree on a plan and really get things started!
In my opinion, the best way to fight non-violently is live well & peacefully and leave those diseased feminists alone. Let them self-destruct while have fun with thugs, criminals, pussified men and wimps. Let them destroy themselves with their own delusional lies.
Great & decent men are prime targets of those feminsts. Feminists thive on men. They need men to advance their agenda. When men simply refuse to play their game and leave them alone, they would get so desperate and very crazy. They would running around screaming for help! That is, demanding the government to pass laws that take away freedom of choice of men and force them to comply with those desperate feminists. That’s what happens with VAWA, IMBRA and other non-sense anti-male laws.

That service for $100,000 sound to me like and excort or call-girl service, however “up-scale” it may be. Either that or its a scam. What exactly are they selling? If they are selling “introductions” for women in the same city with no promise of results or dates, then its a scam to prey on desperateness. Just as its easier to meet Russian women by spending time in Russia than by using a service, its easier to meet NYC girls by spending time in NYC rather than using a dating service. However, if they are paying the women to date you, its an escort service.

For the purpose of this blog though the general group of American and Western Women that I am talking about are the ones that fall within the Marriage age. So whatever comments I make on Feminism and the problems that come with it are actually directed towards them.
I’ve said basically the same thing you have regarding good women in the US being in the minority. The best ones are older and happily married and taking care of their families and I have a good deal of these older women in my life who I’ve come to completely love and respect.

I understand exactly what you are saying. Actually, in regard to a person, it makes perfect sense. The decent men should deprive feminism of it’s host (them) and then, essentially, the organization would die out.
However, the question is WHEN.
You see, the problem is that if this solution is going to work, it will be a long time until MANY, MANY men react this way. Most men are not ready to look in other countries to find wives and many just settle with what they can get. The problem is that some men do run and find something out there that is better for them in the long run. But…
But, there will always be that large chunk of men who will NOT do anything. It’s not all their fault. Many simply can’t do anything or believe that no one else has the same views they do. Essentially, a lot of men are in an isolated situation because the knowledge they can effectively use is not being disseminated to them. Most are unaware and just try to get by.
It is this ‘anomaly’, for lack of better words, that will sustain the status quo.
Personally, I feel that we do need to get more organized. I don’t want to go into more detail, as this is rw_man blog and I don’t want to stray too much from the subject. But, anything helps. Even writing to your congressman or senator can help. While politics do play a role, many people in positions of power are simply ignorant of what is going on and (in essence) like so many men, have not done their homework.

This is something that we as Men need to remember and adhere to no matter who wants to try to shoot arrows at us.
Real Leadership for a Man will always be far more powerful then the arm chair and jealous critics that try to bring him down.
All of you Gentlemen have proven that. Because a good or solid idea can’t be stopped it can only grow. I’ve been taught that life for a Man is all about getting the right information and then actually having the guts to pull the trigger on your decision. I know that many of you guys are getting ready to do just that and I couldn’t be happier to know that my experiences here are a small part of that.
I’m sure you are well aware of the explosive growth patterns of things like PC’s and the Internet. Only a marginally small number of people adopted them early on. But once their function and purpose became more mature and clear their acceptance was completely explosive. And from that day on the World would never be the same.
Don’t be afraid to make suggestions on this blog LL. This is probably one of the better places around where you as a Man can find and create some true inspiration.

If I knew a reliable agency, I would go and buy a membership myself (hope they have lower tariff for ladies!)) – to steal the tongues of all those who have been wondering what the hex a model-looking good-natured business-lawyer girl is doing on a dating website. Perhaps it WAS a silly choice… sillier than they have ever thought. Registering one’s overfunctioned “…-36 inch” under the “Russian” bridal brand (well I am a Ukrainian, if this matters) feels like selling a race dog in a condominium. The prospect opening is that the race dog, however proudly cherished by the possible owner, may fall ill there because of space deficiency. Likewise, if spirit and intelligence are not required in a family, they won’t be given enough food and exercise, and thus would suffer the fate of the unfortunate dog.
Disclaimer 1: I am NO feminist, nor a career freak (a “would-be wondermom” as friends say) but I do believe that Liberty, Equality and Challenge (in that good old Jeffersonian sense) can, and should, go along with Mutual Dependence, Supportiveness and Care. Imagine approaching people in the streets with a question if they have a 1982 RR Silver Spirit (Ocean Blue colour; tan hides; AC; bar; etc.; etc.)? How much time you spend trying? Now how much your time is worth? In money? And in emotion? This is “transaction costs”. They keep imposing Fords and Mercedeses. Then suddenly you find a Ferrari, feel lucky, get swept, and crash on it soon afterwards (not actually being a sport-styler). And you never know about the Spirit (Ocean Blue; tan hides; …) that has been waiting in some garage down the street (nobody actually believing it can be found there) This is “degrading selection”. YOU GUYS NEED TO LISTEN TO TOM LEYKIS ON I-TUNES.
I look at him as the other side of the same coin. I listened to him when he was in San Diego here and loved every moment of his show. He knew better than anyone what american women are good for, great girlfriend material, don’t get attached, don’t get used to them, just get what you want and get out. He had great advice on marriage, don’t get married until you are at LEAST 25, later is better, much better.
He was absolutely incredible at debate and could shut up a feminist faster than anyone. He literally commanded every argument against these feminazis and drove home how to deal with them. If more guys out there were willing to stand up for the mens movement, there would be a dramatic, not subtle shift in the way our culture is going.
I think the entertaining part about someone like Tom Leykis is that most of his callers are such morons that it is easy to shred ‘em up and spit ‘em out. The only times I’ve ever listened he had the dumbest of the dumb calling in and it was just too easy to see where and how it would end. But it was definitely funny, none the less.
In my opinion we are better off taking seriously the less confrontational people with a lower profile like ourselves. Our lives may not play out on syndicated radio (or maybe yours does) but our experience and the every day situations and curiosities that we encounter and can share with each other might go a lot farther to help us all find what we are looking for.
Please don’t get me wrong, because as an entertainment figure, Tom is great. His brand of sarcasm and wit are much needed for a lot of us to return balance at times. It just doesn’t seem like the kind of thing we should use as a measure of how to deal with the enemy.
Being articulate is more than just the ability to talk down into a corner anyone who crosses your path. Like Rush Limbaugh on the political front, we have Tom Leykis on the feminazi battlefield. They are arrows in our quiver but not our entire arsenal.
Anyhow, that’s just one guy’s opinion.
I must say, I think Tom Leykis and his followers seem to espouse a very unhealthy solution to the loss of men’s rights. Certainly, as a traditional woman, I cannot imagine how not getting married, not having children, and simply sleeping around for sex in anyway helps a man’s cause in living out a traditional lifestyle. I applaud this website for offering a positive solution to this problem by suggesting that men simply seek out higher quality partners who are traditionally minded. I also applaud you gentlemen for choosing responsibility in your choices rather than embracing a selfish lifestyle.
I had never heard of Tom Leykis until a week ago, I then looking him up on the internet and listened to a few of his podcasts. I must say that I’m not really into that style of shock radio although some of the programs are really, really funny in a sad sort of way. I have yet to hear any caller who sounds more intelligent then a Grade 10 dropout and most seem almost too stupid to be real.
Nevertheless, some of what he’s recommending as relationship strategies for men are an understandable reaction to the current social climate between men and women and the feminist/corporatist world we live in.
He takes a hardliner’s stance and I can’t blame him though to be honest I’m not the type of person to ever use anyone for sex only or to treat women like an appliance.
The biggest problem we have in the West is that everything has to be fast and convenient, if we can’t have it in 5 minutes it’s not worth having. McJobs, Mchousing, McDating(speed dating), Mcdivorces(No fault variety), McLife(abortions) and so on. And so we are reaping what we have sown, we are a society with no patience for anything and this shows in our interactions with other non western societies who have a completely different view of the world. We are a society which doesn’t have the ability to think 10 minutes ahead, let alone a year ahead of time and all of this is beginning to catch up to us. Just look at the subprime loan crisis or any other number of problems in the West to illustate the point.
The current marriage and divorce situation is also a result of such thinking. No-fault divorces, meant to be clean and quick, nobody takes responsibility for anything, the only effort anyone puts in is to fight over the material possessions first and possibly the children as a second priority. Nothing seems to be worth taking the time to build, create, learn or worry about anymore. I wouldn’t be surprised to see when genetics advances to the point where we can order designer children from a lab and have them incubate in 9 weeks instead of 9 months because natural pregnacy takes too long and crowds the schedules of modern women.
So what Leykis is advocating neatly fits into this model. Since men are going to get shafted they might as well not play the game and only concentrate on themselves. Personally, I think this is a blind thinikng and appeals to only the most basic instincts of men, act like a caveman and you’ll be happy.
Of course some of us prefer not to be cavemen and hope to do better, hence this forum.
A comment in the $100K dating service, “you get what you pay for”, this is the type of thinking which men with lots of dollars but no sense, indulge in. Guys like this also buy into the McDating scene but not at McDonalds, they prefer something with a waiter and a fancy menu they can choose from and guess what, they’ll end up with women like Heather Mills and they’ll deserve them! The type of women they’ll meet in the end will be even worse then what most guys would find at any ordinary dating service. But then these men live through their egos instead of through their hearts.

I very much liked your comment. I think it paints a very clear picture of Tom Leykis’ prescribed solution to feminism. The trouble with his ideology is that it stoops to feminism’s level. Mr. Leykis wants all men to listen to the horror stories of a few, and then assume the role of victim or potential victim (whether or not they have experienced any real injustice personally) to all women. Reminds me of women who treat all men with contempt because of a bad experience a girlfriend of their’s had. Feminism tells women that they are the victim of all men, regardless of personal experience. What a disaster!
Furthermore, Leykis tells his men to just live for themselves in conclusion, either licking their wounds or protecting themselves from future injury. I think we ought to call this “maleism”–and in my mind it is as bad as feminism in that it eats at the core of the family unit and promotes a selfish and childish existence.
I agree Anna that is not the kind of life normal men would want, but the situation here is pathological in the extreme. Men are acting out of mere self-preservation, not part of a larger agenda for the most part. For many American men, going abroad is NOT an option for a whole host of reasons, starting with the fact that many of them slave away at jobs for near poverty wages. We’re short of everything but enemies, and that is why men are withdrawing from women in the face of radical feminism and an increasingly fascist government. Who can blame them for that?

Taras, I should like to challenge that notion. There are many English teaching programs for native American speakers that pay a fairly decent salary.

I am a successful man and I have been married for 26 yrs, with a 21 yr/old son at one of the top university’s in the country. I have two doctorate degrees and run a nice and money producing firm. I am a romantic and I love to bring flowers to my wife and make love to her on the beach. But she has turned into a Money Hungry Maniac!!! I am know separated and many of the woman I am meeting, are so materialistic. I am not an Angel, but some are even mentally unstable and are into kinky stuff!! I have traveled the world and have met woman from other countries which are more family oriented, simplistic and most of all. They are so romantic, especially Russian, Polish and Hungarian woman. When they move to the U.S., yes they are affected by the Capitalist bug of money. But they still know how to keep their man happy.I for one, am now living with a lovely Russian woman.
